1. Introduction

Welcome to Spotlight Tour. By registering as an artist, purchasing tickets or participating in any Spotlight Tour event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

All participants must meet the eligibility requirements stated on the artist registration form and follow all competition rules set by Spotlight Tour.

3. Registration & Ticket Purchases

A completed artist registration form is required to participate.
Ticket purchases are final and subject to our Refund Policy.
Each artist agrees to sell a minimum number of 20 tickets to qualify for live performance participation.

4. Competition Rules

Performances are judged on originality, stage presence, audience engagement and overall talent.
Decisions of the judging panel are final.
Cheating, disruptive conduct or rule violations may result in disqualification.

5. Intellectual Property

Artists retain full ownership of their original music and performance content.
By submitting materials, artists grant Spotlight Tour a limited license to use them for promotional purposes during and after the competition.
Unauthorized use of another artist’s work is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy

All personal data collected during registration or ticket purchase will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Spotlight Tour is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during events. Participation is at your own risk and you are responsible for your own property and safety.

8. Changes & Cancellations

Spotlight Tour reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel events. Refunds will follow the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants, attendees, and staff must behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spotlight Tour operates.
