Refund Policy

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except if an event is canceled by Spotlight Tour.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 7–14 business days.

  • If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund before the new event date.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of cancellation or notification of rescheduling.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets and do not provide replacements or refunds in these cases.

Right to Refuse

Spotlight Tour reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
