What is Spotlight Tour?

The Spotlight Tour is a nationwide live music showcase, networking event and competition series spanning 100+ cities across the USA, Canada, Mexico and other countries to be announced. Each event unites 25 mic-only performers representing diverse music genres to compete for cash prizes, fanbase growth, professional exposure and opportunities to connect with industry experts, all while earning their spotlight on the national stage.

Your Shot at $1000 Cash & National Spotlight

Step 1 – Apply Online 

Submit your information to join the lineup and reserve your performance spot.

Step 2 – Build Your Audience

Each artist is responsible for selling 20 tickets to confirm their slot. It’s your opportunity to promote your performance, engage your supporters and grow your fan base.

Step 3 – Perform LIVE

Bring your sound to life with a 10–15 minute set, backed by our professional DJ or your own custom setup. All performance styles are welcome; simply share your sound requirements during sign-up.

Step 4 – Get Judged & Win Big

Perform before a panel of judges evaluating talent, creativity, stage presence and overall impact. From 25 acts, the Top 3 in each city earn cash prizes and future performance opportunities.

What is the Spotlight Tour?

The Spotlight Tour is a nationwide live music showcase, artist networking event and competition series hosted in 100+ cities across the USA, Canada, Mexico and other countries to be announced. Each event features 25 mic-only performers competing for cash prizes, fanbase growth, professional exposure and the opportunity to connect with industry experts, all while earning their spotlight on a national stage.

Who can participate?

All artists are welcome — all genres, all levels. Whether solo, duo or group, it’s your voice, your music and the mic.

How do I sign up?

Complete the online registration form, include your artist details, music samples and select your preferred competition city.

Is there a registration fee?

Currently, there is no registration fee to join the Spotlight Tour competition.

What are the prize amounts?

Each city awards cash prizes to the top performers: $1,000 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd and $250 for 3rd.

How do ticket sales work?

Each artist must sell a minimum of 20 tickets to qualify for their city’s event. Ticket sales also contribute bonus points to your final score and help create a packed, high-energy crowd to support your performance.

When and where do events take place?

Events are held in 100+ cities across North America. Venue details for each city will be announced once the artist lineup is confirmed.

Who are the judges?

A panel of seasoned music industry professionals evaluates each performance based on creativity, stage presence, audience connection and overall talent.

How are winners decided?

Winners are chosen through a combination of expert judging scores and live audience energy. Each performance is evaluated on talent, stage presence, creativity and impact. The crowd’s response can make the difference between a great performance and a winning one.
